These were produced using Gnu LilyPond which is free high quality software, but which comes with a very steep learning curve. I have included the source code which can be copied and pasted into a text file and you can then run Lilypond on it if you need to alter anything. Unfortunately, WordPress will not allow text files to be uploaded, and, although I have tried to protect it in ‘pre’ and ‘code’ tags, the html rendering process may interfere with the LilyPond code.
